With the spate of stabbings in London this year, I believe it is high time the causes were looked into. It is all well and good, to throw money at finding the culprit, but surely we need to be looking at why this is happening, and trying to save lives? By only throwing money at solving the crime, it is a case of shutting the stable door, once the horse has bolted! You can find the culprit, and imprison them, for a pathetically short time, but that will not bring the murder victim back to life!
