I totally agree with you! Nicely said ;)
Since you point out this I like to say some words. A sportsman represents there country if he/she do drugs the hole country is effected by there action not only that particular individual right? What will happen to the future Cricket in Pakistan? Will they get a very bad opinion from the public? Keeping in mind there are very good cricketers from Pakistan.

I strongly agree with you men! Every sportsman has a responsibility not only to their self but also to their country and their countrymen. Because it is not fair that the whole country will be affected and it also ruins other future sportsmen/women in the country.

Yeah thats right they are meant to be setting a good example but instead you see many players being taken out of games because of drugs use. Using performance drugs just proves that they shouldnt be taking part in a professinal teams.

Some sportsmen will do anything for lust of winning and money.
Drugs are really shameful.Building one's own streangth is worth valuable then using drugs to boost energy.

Well people can easily be influenced by money and power. And for those sportsmen and women who get caught by authority they should not be given a chance to participate in any sports event for life. Is that too cruel??? What do you think?

Sport is to comercialised they have to cheat to get a contract advertising they make more cash from commercialism than from their sport,, look at Beckham he makes a foryune from Advertising he isnt that a great footballer anymore like Rooney a 9 day wonder..

Well I'm not a big fan of Beckham but in fairness he must be really good during his younger time otherwise he will not get all this endorsement but because he's concentrating more on his endorsements of products he gradually forget about his sports and concentrated more on endorsing products instead of playing good ball and same thing might happen to Rooney if he's not careful.

well,I may be the minority on this one, but I think athletes are tempted beyond belief with not only winning but the adoration, and money.who can blame them for wantng to be the best,in reality drugs are not going to be stopped, they should be able to use what is within reason to become all they can be,part of the competition.as I see it.

Athletes might be tempted but as with the general population everyone should avoid the temptation to use drugs.

Very true. My friend got offered a contract to play baseball and, sadly he went into a power trip and started taking drugs to boost himself up. Shortly after, he was banned from the MLB and it has really ruined his life.
Cha that must suck for him...why would he even take drugs if he knows that testing detects banned substances???? That is pretty silly...
What I think is all postmen knows what will be their future if they get caught. the problem is not only the person who is taking the drugs but ppl who are around him who encouraging him to take this drugs you see, theses sportsman gets support from higher persons involved in checking. When things go wrong they wash their hands
Well we should not blame to other people's influence of what we do or our actions/ behaviour and our wrong doings. What you choose to do in your life is your own responsibility. No matter what they offer if you choose not to get involve then it will be one person's choice.

I am sorry but call me sad but if you cannot win fair and square, with training hard, eating correctly and complete discipline then they should not bother, look at Dwaine Chambers, once banned should always be banned. UK donīt want him running in UK but he can run else where! Why:mad:
