Negative reactions to films

i am a student studying A Level media and i have chosen to spend my critical time on looking at this question
"To What Extent do films such as “Football Factory” and “Green Street” have a negative effect on the younger generations? And why do they have this reaction?"
i've seen some cases of this but i would like a second review

I know what you mean, i have seen cases like this, where children about 12-14 are walking down the street chanting "GSE" then then singing "Forever Blowing Blubbles" and personally i believe the films are certified 18 so children this age should not be watching it anyway because of their susceptible minds and therefore it all leads down to the parents, and therefore blame needs to be taken to them.
