Hi all,
Have just registered with the forum after having been a lurker for about a year now. Thought I'd take a brief minute to introduce myself to you all.
I work for a large public service transport operator here in London, I hold the position of CCTV Analyst (Crime Prevention) and I am actively involved in crime reduction initiatives using CMAP technologies, applied Criminology Profiling and Crime Science principles, working with TfL, the MPS TOCU and other interested partners, the scope of my work encompasses vandalism, assault, theft and terrorism.
I follow legislatively compliant processes leading to the successful reduction and prosecution of individuals and groups involved in incidents of crime and social disorder within the public transport infrastructure.
I am working my way through the ASET Level 3 home study course in Criminology with Stonebridge Associated Colleges which I will finish by Aug 2008 I then intend to study Crime Science (Crime Analysis) with the JD UCL probably through to 2010.
I have just been ask to guest speak at the London NE region Safer Transport Action Group at TfL 's TOCU in London, SW1 in April.
Think thats said it all.
Regards,
Micheal Rogers
