Censorship in Video Games

Could you please give me feedback on how fair you think the censorship is in the following games and whether you think that the level of crime in the games corresponds to the rating it has been given! The games are as follows:

- GTA San Andreas
- Manhunt
- Driver 3

where do i see the ratings? is it rated on the internet? I am not good at games but if you have any site i can have a look
