Yes I heard about this from parents around my area. Once I tried to send a letter to the teacher but then I stopped.

Well fitnessk the best thing for you to do is to report them so they can be dismissed. If they dont want to teach then they should find another job so those people who are looking for a teaching job willbe able to get the opportunity to apply for their posst and teach.

those principle need to take a responsibility. they are the one who hire the teachers and even tell them what to do or just dont monitor them. put a blam on the principles XD
