Do you ever feel like you want to smash the life out of the nearest person..??

For no reason what so ever, i just feel like i want to kick the living **** out of the first person who bumps into me..??

If i started hitting someone, i don't think i could stop..?!? I would just lash out & pummel them long after they died..

yes,it's rage,a type of passion,use it to your advantage,been a long time since I got heated but I can remember well how it feels,can you narrow down the reason at all,or is it just in general?Maybe you need to get it out somehow.

Suppressed rage i think it's called & to a degree we all suffer from it, hence the road rage we see, even trolley rage at the supermarkets & **** like that..

hey all think we all feel like killing somebody at sometimes in our life i'm guilty of it on more than one occasion for simpliest thing such as ramming back of legs with puschair/shopping trolley. its not what we thimk it what we do that counts but i find that if it for no reason at all then sorry to say this but their deeper issues and think ppl who feel this need to find alternative ways of dealing with said anger otherwise that makes us just as bad as those we are trying to stop as decent people. i hear it so many times from ppl i work with and find that mst of time just to sit and talk with them helps and most of the anger is not actually anger it frustration more than anything

I think it’s better if you go and join a boxing club. So you can hit hard as you can and show your anger to the opponent rather than you hitting some innocent who can’t hit you back.

I have to agree, slightly, with tingnting here... I find most people rather ignorant & rude, especially in shopping outlets.. & i suppose he's talking like this now because that's the last straw for him.. We are all edging closer to that last straw ourselves..

Not in so few words, no..I'm saying that i can understand tingnting's frustration.. I do believe that he exaggarates the point so he can deliver the point home, but, yes.. People in general are hassle...!!

You guys sound so scary and a bit freaky. When i read your posts I thought i was surrounded by criminals. So scary to meet you guys on the street. I think Jason and CC is right take your anger somewhere else like what cc says active sprots or see a psychologist you guys I think need some professional help.;)

i agrre ting ting does exaggerate his point but he gets it across straight down line in plain simple english and he also says wat most of us are thinkin, some people can be frustrating and i can understand what he saying but dont agree in full. you cant go around just beating sum1 cos you feel like it even though at times we all feel like doing it like it was pointed out in previuos comment when you get pram rammed into bk of legs or ppl stand in middle of shopping ailse chatting blocking thr whole ailse but we dont erupt into rage over this

i think this was the 3rd time tingnting used bad words to a new member.

If he keep doing this to new members this community will not grow at all.

He had abused you also in one of the threads see it in I generally hate everyone...

there was another member “GuardianAngel” he send me a PM that send from tingnting it was very rude.

I always respected tingnting for his opinions and views. He is very much frustrated with what has happened to him but joining this forum he should try to over come his anger and frustrations not becoming worse.
