Yeah that sounds pretty believable to me but I'd recommend reporting any type of crime...whatever it may be.

probably the reason is that they dont know where to or how to report... many people barely know how to use computer. when they has been scammed, how can they know what to do next...

You are right about that. People are even unaware of viruses and such. They usually don't think to much about the changes to there computer either intill its too late.

There are many cyber crimes I could think of, I never have reported one however. I have personally seen a lot, but never reported. There is hardly any information that could help.

Well sometimes its hard to catch this criminals seeing as they can be in other countries.
