Well I prefer O2 lol...but I wouldn't really call it their loss as that really isn't an actual loss...well it is a loss but not significant...what's a few bucks?

If it EVER costs to call customer service, don't use the server/product. Theres a reason its not toll free (they don't care about the customer).

You still have to report this kind of incident so they can do something about it. You cant just keep on changing your network/service whenever this incident happen.

I agree. I wouldn't ever do any business with such a company.

The point is to never START using the service. If you do, then you will end up with no choice but to switch because if you don't, will be paying a much larger phone bill and would probably not discover a better service (which means more lost money).

umm right, you shouldn't pay for customer service. That isn't right at all. That should have smelled like a scam from the door!

..problem is this is now becoming the 'new' practice to make money..no morals.....

there are sometimes no choice...i.e 7 providers offer you a distinct service and they are the ony ones....and all offer service with a charge....but you need whatthey are offering...what do you do?

or one offers free service....but the service in almost all service centres is the same...they follow a strict protocol and cannot deviate...

it is unfortunate that it is almost impossible to find any kind of service anywhere in any branch...

the smaller companies that have a good rep are the best they provide service but then you pay more for their products then...in any way you will pay there is no good control over products these days andno honest policies any more...

I have no trust any more...this seems the best way to live is very very sad ..it never used tobe this way...this is why I moved out of the UK 10 yrs ago...and now where i live is headingthe same way...society is not what it used to be and I would love to trade my mobile, internet and all the other schnick schnack for the old principles....

maybe I am old fashioned but not old....sometimes me and my wife really wonder what kind of world are we bringing our kids into....
