Well people will do anything for their own sake and everyone is free to make a complaints but if immigration can prove that they are not qualified then they can't do anything about it.

i have to agree with you there in the work i do i often come across the race card situation like for instance i was sorting out a housing issue for local resident and when i told him i'll see wat i can do he didint seem happy and said i was not giving him the support he wanted cos he was black which i can assure was not the reason i treat him in the same proffessional as i do anybody. he still reported me to my manager who had to follow it up and as a result i was suspended with out pay till matter was dealt with. i came back that i was in clear but in long run it affected my family and work life because of his accusations i am tarred now even tho i have full backing of my community mud sticks. and they wonder why there are certain individuals who discrimate against them

Well evryone has an equal rights you just have to make a complaints if you think that you are being discriminated whatever your colour is or whatever nationality you are... so it's not fair to say that...

There are all types of Racism...and we have ALL been at fault or guilty of even thinking something along them lines at one time...the fact is that some cultures/races have not been exposed to the positive sides of another race/culture.. only the negative...then they class all that race/culture as the same, this also goes so when one race is attacks or displays ignorance to another...& so on...the media are the window to the real world for some and they can also pick up negative attitudes towards other races based on something been shown on TV or in the newspaper/magazine. Ive faced racism from all races..be it with their attitude, directly, indirectly, because I date outside of my race or have friends of another race/religion, at work..on the bus...Its out there and its rife between ALL races. I care less what the Government constitute as racist or not against white folks...If someone from another race belittles your race thats RACISM..if they treat you unfairly due to your orientation/skin colour/race/ then they are RACIST..REGARDLESS OF WHAT THEY ARE ETC..
All I know is I AM NOT being held responsible for every other white person whose done a next race wrong...If I wasnt a part of it or not even born then I AM EXEMPT!!!
I have this discussion a lot especially with West Indian/Caribbean folks...I wasnt even alive when slavery was goin on or I was a small infant so Im not takin no flak for that...Simple...I have my issues with other races and what they believe is the right way to lead a country or how we should all live or whateva but as long as they respect me & my country..I couldnt careless if they choose to live their life different to mine. Its about balanced respect and acceptence. But ya know summat it aint goin away...we can talk forever...action is more productive, along with reducing world debt...that might stop some of the developing/underdeveloped/war torn countries seeing us all as greedy money hungry evil people. All they see or hear about is how nice some place else is...kinda like how the street kids feel too I guess, outside seems warmer than inside. Some of these overpaid footballers n filmstars/singers etc should feel shame at goin to these poor countries acting like martyrs/saints/samaritans then smiling gladly as they walk into their non mortgaged million dollar homes with their 6 cars outside...I dont need to go on...I jus feel theres too much money in the wrong hands. If I had Madonnas money for a month I could live very comfortably and without extravagance and still give enough to keep a village in africa goin for a year...they are seen doin these wonderful acts like adopting a kid from a poor country..wowee...1 child...whilst the other million starve n suffer...lol...shouldnt be takin their kids but enabling them to help themselves live healthily and in comfort with their kids. Nah Maddona didnt want to stretch her taut body to bear her own...lol crazy..

wow did ya take breath while writing that only kidding i do have to agree with you tho if the ppl with money didnt just concentrate on helping just the one kid and perhaps help the community from they taking the child away from its family then mayb they would be able to make the placetheir from a better place to live and not want to come over here or were ever. from my personal experiences i do feel racism is one sided as when i have had discussions with another race (only a minority) whether it be business or pleasure i find if i say summat they not keen on they play the race card which tends to enable them to get their own way which is totally unfair. i too have friends of different races color and feel for them when their taunted just for their colour but in part i can see where the white ppl of this country get their opinions from. the media dont help by showing acts of terrorism and showing only one side of arguments think this increases tension between us all only hearing one side of the story or should i say what the press want us to see

i didnt mean to come across as been racisit i far from it jus ttalking of my experiences and how they make me see racism as one sided i know white ppl can be just as bad but if not worse. what i am trying to say is why hide behind the color of your skin to get what you want instead of fighting like rest of us.

In my own opinion addressing people in our community by the colour of their skin is just a sign of racism. No matter what their colour is or nationality they commit crime they need to be punished. You dont need to compare what white pple or black ppl, english pple or asian pple do if they commit crime they deserve to have an equal rights for trial. Jimmy69 it's nothing to do with the colour its something with the person's principles in life and their behaviour.

See just because that you weren't alive back in slavery that doesn't mean that there aren't still pschological effects that minorites continue to face everyday, in result of slavery and racism and oppression and as a minority myself I KNOW.

Race laws are one sided. They persecute majority abuse of the minority, but still allow the minority to persecute the majority. That is inherently unfair.
