How difficult is it for a father to gain full custody over his children in the U.S..? Over here in the U.K it's practicly impossible..?!

It was difficult before but nowadays if you have all the evidence that the mother is not suitable to care for their child/ children then the court will give you custody. You just have to prove it in court that father is more suitable to care for the kids.

Yeah i agree. They will give you custody only when they will find you worthy for that. You will have to prove that you can take best care of children.
