You probaly live in the country somewhere & can quite easily get through your day without the **** that some of us have to put up with..
I hate the guy that stabbed me & it's turned me into a horrible person that has a lot of anger stored up & very close to explosion

The mental power is one of the dangerous weapon in the world
You can use it in many different ways. like CC said you can use it in a good way like to obtain peace.

I have heard and read many serial killers and murders are mentally ill or they kind of having some sort of mental weakness or disorders. This kind of mental illness or disorders they don’t just come with in a day or so theses gets build up from the small age.

What Dose this Spiritual or Religious Mean to you? Do you ever think of this?

There are few words below I have selected for my eg. The words below are ones that you'll often comes across in spiritual and religious literature or talk.

Anger
If you put these word “anger” in your deep mind you really thinking of a strong negative emotion. There are millions of things cause anger loss, jealousy, injustice, loss of control, sleeplessness, lack of hope, chemical imbalances, physical pain there are many more.

Anger can sometimes be a good thing that shows us something is not going right. Though we will be angry at times, 1. We can turn it over to God, so that by the Spirit's power the anger can relax its grip on us; 2. We can seek reconciliation and/or forgiveness with those to whom we have been angry; and 3. We can seek out why we are getting angry, so we can heal it within ourselves. That way, anger doesn't feed upon itself to rob the joy from ourselves and from those around us.

Faith as the basis for human knowledge, "Believe in order that you may understand". This statement extends beyond the sphere of religion to encompass the totality of knowledge. In essence, faith must be present in order to know anything. In other words, one must assume, believe, or have faith in the credibility of a person, place, thing, or idea in order to have a basis for knowledge

Anyway that’s why in today’s world churches and other religious places teach good things to younger people. It’s a kind of teaching that will guide us to use our thoughts in a good manner. But still people fail.
