well hey all...just wanted to fill in anyone interested on the beautiful area i moved to over 8 months ago and bought my first house with my partner.when we looked around the house the street was a nice quiet street and was perfect for coming home from work and wanting to relax so we though yeah lets get it.well for the last half of december all was bliss and quiet,then from the close inwhich our house joined in january we suddenly realised why the old owners wnated to sell up.From january till this very minute, every day, from 9 am til midnight we have had to endurefoot balls not just being kicked at our house (windows,breaking fencing) ,the youths from ages 6-17 kicking footballs at cars and what ever else is in there wake!the youths coming on to my property and dumping rubbish in my gardens and al over the street as well on a daily basis.if you ever wanted to know what hell looked like in the day time the have witnessed the army of hell!!!!!
of course i have not sat on my ass and just let them do it from day one i have been polite but also very stern to point out what they are doing is wrong and to pack it in...but yep the age old tale they just keep doing it.i have no problems with youths and kids playing in the street at all but when it becaomes aggressive and in the way to destroy everything then it does.i have been in constant contact with the police,pcso's,the council in which the close is part of:/ and even doing this daily these little monsters of joy keep doing what they do best.It really looks like there parents are using the one braincell they have left to tell them just to piss me and all the other neighbours off.
My partner has left for over a month half way through because she had a nervous break down from it all.
It was just our look really...seems that right out side our house is the meeting place for all of south manchesters brain dead youths.
Does any one else have any help with what i can do to put a stop to it at all?i have video and photo evidece and have gave this to the police but still it seems nothing has been done what so ever!!!!! ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!! ha ha
do i take legal action my self?
