hi my name is peter. my wife and i have been subjected to 5 years of hell by a 14 year old child and his friends. we have logged 63 complaints against him but have got nowhere with the council or police. the person in question lives right at the back of us and has tormented us for too long now. in the latest incedent which was today, he and 2 other friends threw a bottle at our car missing it by inches and smashing on our driveway. we have had to put up with verbal abuse and our window has been broken. i have now been forced to install a cctv camera because im so worried about it all. its making me and my wife ill. i feel we have nowhere to turn to and am totally desperate. any ideas would be appreciated.
