Network of cybercrime.

I was doing a research on cyber crime.After much work i came to know that there is a network of hackers.And also that most intelegent students,after findind themselves master in hacking,start cracking sites and bank accounts.
Here is a positive point.
If such persons are given high pay jobs in anti hacking organizations then hacking can easily be prevented.
What do you guys think?

First of all to get that job as you said, "high pay jobs in anti hacking organizations" you must be a hacker experience or u should prove yourself capable of hacking some systems! Meaning you should destroy computers! So how you’re going to prevent hacking? This is 1 part of the story. The other is computer vendors!! Like MS vs. Apple. Both are having a big war against each other on who is more popular and productive.

To be on the top both hack each other’s systems and finds “back doors” to enter their system. And we are caught up in the middle. For eg. MS’s IE6 browser was having many number of problems and all people used ie6 to access their bank a/c online. So how can we prevent hacking? so you tell me?

You are right but i have seen one of the best hackers of the world.He was able to crack a website in 3 mins.He told that he was offered the job of anti hacking.He was MASTERMIND and proved himself by preventing the hacking.
